The interest domains for developing academic and research projects are public policies / educational policies (processes and policies instruments, policies analysis, communication, advocacy etc.), training, human resources development (training methods and techniques, performance management, learning design, teacher training) Lucian Ciolan has founded the Master Program in Teacher Training, founding member of ICPA (International Centre for Policy Advocacy) and offers his expertise in various international programs related to his activity. He was awarded the Professor Bologna title in 2010.
